How can I get rid of body fat around my abdominal and thigh regions?
I have recently begun a weight loss/ strength training program, and I’ve seen some pretty dramatic results, I’ve managed to lose over 60lbs of what I am assuming was around 90% body fat. I’ve noticed remarkable changes all over, espcially in my upper body. My problem is in my thighs, glutes, and abdominals. I can’t seem to ccut body fat in these areas. Can someone offer any sound advice?
