When should I take my vitamins?
I have Garden of life multivitamin for men, garden of life Raw B-complex, and New Chapter organics zinc food complex. I play tennis around 9am everyday, then I’m at my apartment from around 11-4 and have a little bit of food. Then I play tennis again at 4:30 and I’m back around 7, then I have dinner. I also take fiber and probiotics before 9am.
Should I take them before 9am, around 12pm, before, during, or after dinner?
