I am 20 years old,120 lbs. I am using whey protein and Glutamine powder .I want to take both of them forever.CAN I USE them without any break?
Yes you can use them without break as long as you don’t take too much ie 150 grams at once. And i have no idea why that woman posted what she said, Whey protein is very healthy and it’s good to supplement it if you don’t get enough or are trying to gain mass. But I have been consistently taking whey for years and am in great health (including vitals, urine check, and blood samples) completed by doctors. And more doctors than not will tell you whey is completely safe when used correctly. And to the woman above, don’t believe everything you read on the Internet.
